  • Contractual Safeguards:
    In accordance with U.S. standards and relevant law,
    our agreements with processors require them to process data only as directed,
    employ technical & organizational safeguards, limit onward transfers
    (re-delegation), and permit audits/oversight.

  • If a processor changes, we will promptly update this Privacy Policy with the new party.
